Do I need to register to post property listings?
Yes, You should sign up to become a registered agent before you can post your property. Once you have finished the registration process you can start posting listings.
How to add listings?
Once you have signed up you can log into your agent control panel. You will see the "add listings" icon. Click on this and start to fill in the information on your listing. Once finished then click on "submit listing" at the bottom. Remember to fill in all needed information. Once finished your listing will be sent to the administrator for approval or disapproval. You will get an email from us once your listing have been approved or disapproved.
How long will my listing be on the site?
Your listing will be on the site for 30 days. You will receive an email notice a few days before your listing will expire. You can choose to update your listing and it will stay there another 30 days. If you do not update your listing will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
How many listings can I post?
As a free member you can post 2 listings for free. If you have already posted 2 listings you have to wait 30 days until your listings has expired or purchase a paid service package for more listing and more exposure.
I want more than 2 property listings. What should I do?
We provide different service packages for more who wants more listings to post and who wants more exposure. Check the details of these packages for the one best suited for you. Feel free to contact us if you need any help or further information.
What are your rules when posting property listings?
- Only one account per member. If a member is found to have more than one account then this member will be deleted together with that members listings.
- Posting the same listing more than once is not allowed
- You cannot post any property (same address) already posted by another agent
- Only real estate related information is allowed on the site

Do I need to register to search for housing?
No. You can browse for free.
Do I need to register if I "want to rent" or "want to buy"?
Yes. You need to go through the same registration process as agents and landlords
Do I have to pay any fees to homes.wuxilife.com if I rent or buy and apartment via your site?
No. To search for apartments here is free.
